New Patient

For any new patient arriving at an appointment, it is important that they fill out our medical history and consent form.

Your Podiatrists will bring you into your treatment room where they will start by taking a detailed history. This normally includes the recent history of your pain and understanding any causes, aggravators or relievers.

The next step will move onto your physical examination, for a routine appointment, this usually involves a vascular assessment, neurological assessment and assessment of the reason you have come in to see us. We can use more advanced assessment tools like dermoscopes and diagnostic ultrasound if diagnosis is unclear, this means we get the most accurate diagnosis as quickly as possible.

Once we know what the problem is, we can treat it immediately. We will explain in detail your treatment options varying in efficacy and cost and formulate a treatment plan together. In most cases, we can start treatment within the first appointment!
