From a young age Courtney has had an interest in health and well-being, helping to enhance people’s quality of life by encouraging them to prioritise their health.
Courtney has a BSc degree in Sport Rehabilitation and experience working in private health care. Courtney is a valuable member of the administration team and brings with her a wealth in background knowledge from her previous roles.
In her free time Courtney enjoys keeping active, more recently running in which she completed a sprint triathlon. She loves Italian food and exploring the countryside.
