Phoebe holds a BSc in Equine Sports Sciences and has a strong passion for biomechanics, with a particular interest in understanding how horses and riders move and perform at their best. Her academic background underpins her analytical approach and commitment to evidence-based practice within the equestrian field.
Prior to her current role, Phoebe worked in Event Management, where she developed strong organisational, logistical, and technological skills. Her experience in coordinating complex events has equipped her with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
With an extensive background in showjumping, Phoebe has competed internationally up to 1.30m level. Outside of work, she can usually be found riding, training, or enjoying long walks with her dogs.
